Ripe Quince Jelly – 65% Less added Sugar


Our quinces have ripened on the slopes of the Saronsberg Mountain in the beautiful Tulbagh valley. The Quince is an ancient and almost forgotten fruit. It can be eaten raw but once cooked the fruit changes from yellow to soft pink delicacy. Making jelly is a real labour of love and this jelly uses the lowest possible sugar content to preserve the naturally low calorie content of quinces. Best served with pork dishes, game or cheese.
