Kalamata Olives


Our Olives have ripened on the slopes of the Saronsberg Mountains in the beautiful Tulbagh Valley. The Kalamata olive, originating in Greece, is the queen of the olives. It has a firm texture and is only used as an eating olive. It is a good source of calcium, vitamin C, vitamin A as well as monounsaturated fats giving all the benefits of natural oxidants. They are processed using a family recipe – enjoy the true and full flavor of the ripe olive.
