Our Olives have ripened on the slopes of the Saronsberg Mountains in the beautiful Tulbagh Valley. The Kalamata olive, originating in Greece, is the queen of the olives. It has a firm texture and is only used as an eating olive. It is a good source of calcium, vitamin C, vitamin A as well as monounsaturated fats giving all the benefits of natural oxidants.
